Selling on eBay
About me:
I'm a shopaholic... I admit that there is nothing more relaxing, for me, than shopping.
I can spend hours in a store. But what gives me a high is finding discounted merchandise. I buy things that I don't even need (or fit in), but if it has a great price, I don't even blink.
After the economy crash and three kids later (yes 3) I felt lost and very sad that I wasn't able to have my 'fun' anymore. Until one day I tried selling on eBay. I had some gently used Janie and Jack clothes that my daughter never, or barely, worn. And guess what??? It did sell. I was very surprised and the high I felt was almost as fulfilling as before. I was very happy but with all my items gone... the fun was over again.
I went to Brazil to visit my family and got back with a bunch of underwear for myself. After looking at it and thinking, maybe..... I started posting it on eBay. And once again they were all gone. It was so amazing that I asked for a family member, that happen to be coming to visit, to bring me some more. In the end I was left with customers asking for more. Which is very frustrating since I have not figure it out a way to have more sent by mail yet.
So I started shopping again, looking for deals and beautiful things that I can resell for at least a little bit of profit. And so far, slowly, I'm learning about what sells and what doesn't. I'm not looking to make a fortune over there. But I'm staying home and every little bit helps our family.
And take good care to inspect every piece of merchandise I get. And I also invest time on customer service. I try my best to ship as soon as possible and I'm always available for a chat.
